We found time to get out of the city with our travel trailer and find ourselves a cool spot near some water. Okay, it’s not exactly Lake Michigan, but when you live in the low desert area of California, your RV Travel may be limited when looking for cool spots for RV camping.
Here we found ourselves at Lake Skinner in Winchester, California. The Good: It’s Close to Temecula’s Wineries! Did you know that Temecula, California has over 100 wineries??
This RV campsite is part of the Riverside County parks system, and a pull through, full hookups site was only about $44, and you can reserve it online.
